How it works
No rush and no strange words.
It's a place, not a folder
Te Recordamos is a field with areas, rows and parcels. Every parcel has an address of its own —a code like RCD-01-JDL-A-00001— that you can write down, send in a message or say over the phone. Whoever has it arrives straight at the place.
Choose first, decide later
You can walk the whole field without registering. When you find a parcel you like, we hold it for you for thirty minutes so no one else takes it while you think. If it expires, you lose nothing: it becomes free again and you can reserve it once more.
Nothing is deleted
A memorial is never removed. If one day you stop paying, it can no longer be edited but stays visible to anyone who wants to visit, and you can take a complete copy of everything you uploaded —photos, videos and texts— to keep wherever you like.
How to buy
A person from our team handles the purchase from start to finish. Once you've found your parcel, leave us your contact details and we'll call you: that person confirms the reservation with you, agrees on the payment method and stays with you until your access arrives by email. The parcel is acquired once; care services are arranged separately.
